What we are working on
Three areas make up the current scope. Each is work in progress rather than work completed.
Google Ad Grant management
We are helping USA Judo manage and strengthen its use of the Google Ad Grant. The Ad Grant provides eligible nonprofits up to $10,000 per month in in-kind Google Search advertising, which Google describes as a limit rather than a guarantee of spend: it is not cash funding, and delivery is not guaranteed. The work covers account structure, keyword and search-term management, conversion tracking and the ongoing compliance the program requires. More on how we run Ad Grant accounts.
Search engine optimization
The search work focuses on making relevant USA Judo pages easier to discover: the technical foundation, page structure and metadata, internal linking, and structured data that describes the organization and its programs accurately. Search engines decide what ranks, so this is work on discoverability rather than a promise about positions or traffic. More on how we approach search.
AI search visibility
AI-assisted search systems read the same pages, but they reward clarity and structure differently than a ranking algorithm does. This part of the work is about making USA Judo's organization, programs and resources easier for those systems to interpret accurately. Whether any given system includes, cites or recommends a page is its own decision, and nothing here guarantees that it will. This sits inside our SEO and AI search service.
What the engagement is intended to support
The intent is to strengthen the digital foundation USA Judo uses to reach athletes, members, supporters, and donors, with clearer paths to the right pages for people searching for the sport, a club, or a way to give.
